Ah! Hello friends. I thought maybe it was about time for a post.....hehehehehe (a good one too)

I have been craving like ggggrrrrrr!!! BUT, I have been battling some inner demons and trying to do this on my own and I realized that it was just way too much and it was just things that I could not get a grip on. SO, I finally opened about a little to someone super special and I don't know if just by opening up to someone finally is what has helped or what, but today I feel GREAT!! No cravings today! No depression (at least so far)!! Whoo---frickin'---hoo!!!!!
It is nice to finally be in a good mood again and have it last for more than 5 minutes!! I have a couple of VERY special friends here that have certainly helped in this change of mood and I am giving you a special thanks!! THANK YOU!!! Today is day 78 BTW! Thank you all! Much love to you all!!

Hey congratulations on now 79 days. I just figured out I feel good around positive people. Its like an energy they give off if that makes any sense. I'm like a few on this forum that has a husband that drags them down. Sadin Mich and TroubleinOH made me realize he's a trigger. Not that Im blaming him. But he may need kicked to the curb. Anyway CONGRATULATIONS.

P.S.  Although you shouldn't change your name, because everyone knows you by that name, but you're probably not confused anymore, are you?  Isn't THAT a glorious feeling!

Please be ever vigilant.  They say its a lifelong struggle.  Maybe struggle is not the best word, over time.  "Careful" might be better.
