Sleeping Pills abuse

hey all,

i think i have an addiction with sleeping pills more specifically medication prescribed by docs that make you drowsy. I resorted to stealing my dad's pain relieve medication for his back problems and i think my habit is getting out of hand. i would just go on a pill-popping spree..digging the medication cabinet and just find pills that say "may cause drowsiness". i would pop on the average about 5-8 pills a night and be stoned out the following day. i can't tell this to my parents or school because i'm in a top university and i don't want them to view me as unstable although i am. i'm just hoping i can solve this through here before it gets out of hand. thank you everyone and please don't judge me thank you. :)
