Had weening worked for some? I can't let my family down- I'm starting to think weening might be better for me. I can take 2 for 2 days, then 1 for 3 days. Get on treadmill while I take it. To release endorphins. Sweat it out. By day 5, deal with it. Maybe just a day or 2. Your thought ? Antibes thought? I can't function with kids without a pill a day and my surgery pain/ back pain. During end of day- I'm in pain so I feel the withdrawal. But at least I'll get some exercise in- in the am. And going from 14 to 2, isn't too bad, right? I hate the feeling- no europhia anyways- legitimate pain. Advice? Success rate. Staying positive. First time ever that I've tried to quit. So trying to find what works best for me. Bought the 5 he energy drink things.
Whatever it is...good for you! I count my clean time as - Day 1 is the first day that I wake up and I don't use. That's pretty simple. But you can use whatever is comfortable for you as long as you don't use, right? That's the important thing.
This IS doable and you CAN do it!!! Please hold on.

My "notes" feature isn't working so for the rls members here use "Hylands Restless Leg" which is a product that is otc and can be found at most pharmacies and WalMart is my understanding. Honestly, it did not work for me but that is just me. I used hot baths and hating pads to help ease the cramps. I also found that it did not start until I laid down flat so I had better luck sleeping in a semi-sitting position.
I hope all the pills are gone now and you get on with the task at hand. Remember, it does get better.
