after 3 spine surgeries cant get off .other 2 surgery no problem.2 years in and only on 2 7.5 a day taken as 1/4every 3 or 4 hours can go down to 1 and 1/4.but cant stop the last part.yes i am in pain and 72 .doctor thinks i should stay on but i just dont feel good tried to go off 29 hours but it hurt to much.9 years ago went off but it took 14 days of no eating or sleeping iam just to old to do that again.doc says clondine or sub would help but i am scared of both those.

Well I found a way and off for 22 days .answer was slow taper down to 7.5 a day and then jump.i was taken 2.5 cutting them in halve .took one every 3 hours it seemed but had balclifin for spasms nurontin for nerves and Xanax  for anxiety .I take those anyway for years.taper was tough for long time but detox was easier .didn't think I could do it but I did.shame nobody here.
