I felt like i had cement in my veins!! Being tired is very normal. Our body is working real hard at repairing itself. You arent going crazy and you will get thru this!
Ugh I hate it. Feel like I'm going crazy
It is very normal. Being so tired yet you can't sleep is a really crappy side effect.
Thanks Sarah. Yes on Friday I got some food and have been eating on and off all weekend. Drinking water. Extremely tired. Is this normal? I think it is
You are doing great on day 3!! Working thru this is rough but it will help in the long run. Are you eating okay? Drinking plenty of fluids?
Thanks big daddy. Last October as in over a year ago I came off a 2 year addiction to vicodin. Over the last 6 months off and on I have taken tramadol. Even though I don't abuse it and I take it as directed I was on a high dosage. Coming off tramadol is AWFUL. We have decided to get me off this once and for all. I'm supposed to have jaw surgery again at some point.
Day three and feeling a little bit better! That is good news because it shows that you are starting to break through to the other side. I don't know your backstory but I am assuming it has to do with pain meds. You made it through some really hard times (days 1 & 2) so don't go backwards. Don't let your brain tell you its alright to take a pain pill. In my experience every time I started over it got worse and it got harder. Make sue you are staying hydrated. Don't let yourself get dehydrated. Drink Gatorade, water, or juice and try to stay away from soda. You are still going to have the physical symptoms for several days but its a good sign if you feel a little better on day 3. If you want please give me a little backstory. If not that is ok but just understand that you can get through this. Peace, BD
