Support Team for Taper

I had to stoo my taper recently due to being diagnosed with a brain aneurysm.  They said I have to stop until I have it operated on and get through the recovery. I'm hoping to get an appointment with the neurosurgeon.  I can't join you in your taper at the moment but would be happy to encourage you and cheer you on.  I have tapered a fewndifferent times.  Some were easier than others.  I've also tapered off many different medications. Message me if you'd like and I can give you the things I found most  helpful and what was a struggle.

Thanks. I don't want to be greedy & needy. I'm hoping that I will prove past experience wrong & by doing things right this time, all will be well.
This I am preparing body,mind,soul. The more gradual, I will begin to heal,I pray as I taper. Some of you already know, I've complications. Everyone has
& I pray for your healing Mary Carmel.
The bipolar triggers are monumental. Almost nonstop sucicidal thoughts,even with the Bipolar meds. The Pdoc says, ok. You'll double this drug. This drug that you only take once pr day, you'll take 4x pr day. This anti-anxiety med I've prescribed for your Taper. I want you to take 3 x pr day. I asked" what if I get addicted to the Benzos? Psychiatrist says, one thing at a time. Psycologist said, you may pick & choose to go with what Pdoc said. Not evening adding what Pain specialist & other Dr. Said.   Pamela
