I'm quitting Tramadol!  I'm at 9 per day starting tomorrow (Monday 30 Sep 2008).  I'm a week ahead of schedule.   WoooHooo!  I was taking upwards of 20 per day a few months ago.  So I'm half way to freedom!  The real hard parts are still to come for me though.  But I'm staying on track.  And I'm staying motivated!  This site helps a lot!  Thanks Avisg, you rock!

I'm still here.  No counting...it make me crazy plus I still have cravings and depression.  I'm hoping the valuim I just got will help me for a little while.

I am on day 4, feeling fair, slept 2 hrs awake 4 and back to sleep for 2. Taking LunaSom PM, it helped. So still plugging along...
