Day 3........something's not right.

So, I'm on day 3 of my detox from vicodin.  I'm scared because I am almost symptom free (minus the leg aches).  My last withdrawls were way worse.  My ears would ring and my stomach was a mess; not to mention the lack of sleep!  I feel fine!  I'm scared because I fear the symptoms will come at a later date.  This time, I'm detoxing off of 100 mg per day rather than only 40 mg.  Do you think it's possible that my increase in the mg will postpone my withdrawls?  Prenatal vitamins are helping, I think (no, I'm not pregnant).  Any thoughts?  Will my hell start in days to come (like when I return to work?)

Yeah, unfortunately your hell is just starting... be prepared and seek medical supervision.

Blessings!

I am not sure if the withdrawls could start at a later date since the meds would be out of your system sometime. Sounds like you lucked out of it hopefully! Good luck!

Hey there,

Perhaps you got a reprieve from the almighty governor on this one.

I have detoxed from opiates many times and have never gone 3 days without feeling pretty rough.  I sure can't say if it's going to get worse but in my opinion your results thus far are a great sign.

If this turns into a easy ride this time around, I hope you take full advantage and make it your last.

Goodluck and wishing you continued EASE!!!!!!
