The WalMart stuff is called Hylands Restful Legs and has positive reviews from many here.............dont forget heating pads or electric blankets.....
exercise in the day helps this alot..hot baths..compressin wraps, massage, heat or ice can help as well...some drink tonic water with their potassium intake...iron is important too as many who have this r low in iron...there are meds for this condition..especially if it keeps u from getting clean...talk to ur doctor bout it...walmart has sumpin for rls as well that is otc...good luck...remember that this passes...hang tight
thats the worst part for me as well. 2 words- HOT BATHS.
My tub has jets I stayed in for 3-4 hours at a time
im on day 5 and i know how u feel....the rls at night is the worst its like ur legs are on fire and u cant do anything about it..i actually got up last night at 530 am and went for a walk around the block then drove to the 24 hour wendys and came home at 615 when i finallly passed the f out...ish ***** but i can def say that tonight day 5 is way better ...i think more than anything tonight im just not tired cuz the last few nights i fell asleep at 7 am or so and didnt wake up till like 1 or 2 int he afternoon....but it will get better i know its hard but if u can keep urself busy it helps i listen to music in my ipod while im in bed cuz i think it helps keep ur mind off the RLS...good luck

Are you talking about the RLS? It feels like your muscles are all cramped and that you just HAVE to move your legs. That was the worst part for me,but really hot baths helped and then I would rub my legs with mentholated muscle rub and wrap them tight,but not too tight,with ace bandages and use heating pads on them.That worked wonders for me.Also lots of bananas for the potassium.EXERCISE is the best remedy.They also sell something at Walmart called Hylands restful legs.I hope this helps.all the best...Kim
