Is there a reason you do not want to go thru your Dr. for a taper schedule ? You sure came to the right place to get off the drugs. I was not successful with getting completely off opiates ended up having another herniated disc in my neck ( I had surgery in neck in 2013)
Yes I do work with my dr on tapers
I am no longer taking the oxycontin
I am taking 5 10 mg oxycodones daily
Dr said I could taper by 20% each week
I am getting ready to go back to work so I want to taper faster
I had 40 mg yesterday and plan to dear ease to 30 mg for a few and down by 10 mg every few days after that
