I hear you my friend. I did the same thing with my subs. I am on 1 mg every 24 hours now and it is hurtinggggggg. I noticed I used to take them to work "just in case" I get sick. I would always take another tiny piece I would have talked myself into by lunch. Now I am not taking it when I wake up because I feel good then go to work and dont take it so by time I get home from work and picking up kiddos i take it then I am fine for rest of night. Then not feeling sick till after I start work, start thinking about it at like 10 or so and getting the runny nose and chills. You are doing good my friend I know how hard it is but not taking them places is a great start!
