Well I have finally made it 2 weeks. Yeah. Yesterday was awful. My legs felt like the bones were breaking out. I really hope that is the last time. I dont understand the 1or 2 good days,then more.horrible days. Please tell me the pain part is almost done!

Thanks, I sure hope so. I made it through alot before I even went on pain meds, know I just have to get back that strength.

That is awesome that you are off methadone. I go to a clinic and I'm down to 26mlg. A day. Can you tell me how you did it?

yes you can have a few bad days
. Soon the good will outweigh the bad.
Keep moving forward. Are you eating and drinking?
Have you been taking hot baths with epsom salts?
How is your pain?
Force yourself to small walks around the house.
You are healing day by day.
You are doing awesome.
Keep up the good work.
