Do you mean...How good will it be? LOL
attitude is everything and if u r looking for a hard time then life has a way of giving you what you asked for...mind over matter...it works!
Get prepared...pick a day to quit and stick to it...read thru the health pages and get the supplements and follow the thomas recipe....get an exercise routine if u do not have one already
Your dose is low in comparison with most here...very do-able
I was at 100 mgs plus for over 5 yrs and took a long weekend. day 5 i went back to work. I felt a bit yucky/flu-like for 3 days and day 4 was pretty good. I exercised each day whether i wanted to or not. I posted here alot and attended meetings each day. Fatigue was tough for me, a minor headache, mild nausea, clamminess...I have had flus worse than this was.
Educate yourself so you know what to expect...and keep posting
If you put your mind to quitting you can get thru anything. It isnt pleasant at all but i would be more worried what will happen if you continue using. Staying positive will help you a ton. Dont let fear hold you back. You can do this!!! sara

Since you're under a doctors care I would strongly suggest having him/her help you with a taper plan. I've cold turkeyed on Vicodin and it's very hard. Be prepared for no sleep for a week or two, stomache issues (coming and going) RLS, hours on end sitting in a chair rocking back and forth because your lower back and hips hurt so bad you can't sit still.
There are home remedies found on these pages to help lessen most of the symptoms but it's still not going to be any fun at all. You'll likely want to talk to your grandmother and questions her decision to have children which in turn led to you being born and now having to deal with withdrawals. It's bad....bad but doable.
If you can do a taper and really stick to it then you'll fare much better. That will still be hard but you'll at least be able to function for the most part.
Best of luck to you.
Hi! I'll tell you they can be unpleasant. It may be like having the flu. Plan on at least 5 days of being pretty out of it. The process is very subjective and so much of it is mental. Try to have a positive attitude. That will go a long way...
Be sure to drink plenty of fluids during withdrawals. As they begin to approach, post here with any questions or concerns.
Good luck-
