Hi and welcome! You should be feeling much better after tomorrow. For me the worst was over after I hit 48 hrs and I was able to function fairly normally after that. Be sure to pick up the supplements listed in the Thomas Recipe, along with some Gatorade/Ensure, bananas (for RLS), epsom salt, and saltine crackers. Since you weren't on too high of a dose (I was taking about double that for about double the amount of time) you should recover fairly quickly. Good luck and keep posting / let us know how you're doing!

Good for you deciding to stop :) 60 mg isn't a very high dose and 6 months not too long. It does vary person to person. Usually 72 hours the worst is over. The stomach problems tend to linger, stick to a bland diet for a week or so. Restless leg can linger too, Epsom salt baths help. The physical symptoms are uncomfortable but should be over soon. The mental aspect can and usually is the biggest to overcome of you were abusing for "the high" or you liked the way they made you feel. What are your worst symptoms now?
