Hello all im still hanging in there and the sleep is back, i feel great the mind games still come into play every now and then but i can handle it by keeping busy. Im one week away from 60 days and i cant belive it im doing it , just wanted to touch base with all of you and wish everyone the best of luck with their journey . OHH and has anyone seen Quitinoxys around ? I havent seen him or noticed any post's from him. Well thanx again and fairwell...

Thanx guy's for the support, To Dell300 question i was taking about 240ml of Roxy's a day for about 7 month's from what i hear on this site i caught myself in time, the first month is the worst but it does get better every day. I still get some urges every now and then but try to keep busy and distract myself ,It is the best thing ever people my energy is back and getting my priorities together again.I wish all of u the best and tell u all to stay strong their is a light at the end.God Speed.

It's nice to here that sleep does come back. I'm on Day 14 and sleep and energy has been a killer. I have so little energy still partly because I have such an issue sleeping still.

i was wondering about quitin just yesterday and thinking of leaving him a note. I know he was having trouble with his back but i really hope he is doing ok, if not, we are here for you, you know, it doesn't matter what has happened, this a long battle and as long as we keep fighting, we are on track, friend.

I was just wondering howmany Nurofen Plus you were taking before?  Well done for staying clean, I just can;t seem to get off htem and would really love to as they are ruiing my life, I don;t get that buzz anymore and just seem to take them to feel normal.
