jr - from what I understand and have read, both coke and x don't normally cause long term effects. However, it does sound like you have an exception. It's been two years that you have been feeling this way? It sounds like you have quite a bit of anxiety. You may also have some imbalances that are causing a lack of endorphins. I'm not a Dr., but have found a lot of smart folks on this site. You may want to look into the supplement DLPA. It can be found in the ammino acid thread (which everything in there may be a good start for you) here:

DLPA has been researched and found to help with depression and is a natural pain killer. The D-side of Phenylalanine (PA) is something we can not produce in our body, nor is it found in significant amounts in our food. It inhibits the enzymes from breaking down adrenalin/endorphins and has been found to work in just a few weeks. Google DLPA and read what you can find. There's a lot of information. Also, look into 5HTP in that same amino acid thread. You may just need to supplement something that you are not getting. It's worth a try - affordable and healthy. Keep us informed.
