It'll get better Cat! It does take a little time, but it'll get better. As long as you can keep reminding yourself that the depression is part of the process that will help you keep it in perspective. Glad to see you're staying plugged in here.
I will also be taking B, C and multivitamin. I am not clean yet, but getting ever so closet to that date. I will be at 0 pills on Thursday or Friday. Just have to get through work. I just took the 5 HTP. I hope it helps as far as the depression right now. I haven't even been one day clean, and I already feel depressed.
Cat, Try to load up on gatorade & bananas as well. DOnt know about the 5HTP, but Vit B, C and Calcium has helped me with the leg stuff. Stay the course!
