Weening myself off of Klonoin

Good Afternoon,
I'm back, Bob's back. It's been two and 1/2 weeks since I have completely weened myself off of Klonopin. The waves still keep coming back. I was on Klonopin for over a year before this past month.  It's definitely not been an easy ride. I'm hanging in there. When the wave comes, I'll drink milk or eat a fruit. It sort of counteracts the wave, not a pleasant experience, let me tell you.

I appreciate your support. Today I bought me some vitamin Calcium Magnesium and Zinc since it helps with nerves, especially Magnesium and Zinc which I heard counteracts the Calcium in the body and helps with signal transduction from outside the cell to inside the cell communication. Also, my goal is for the receptor sites that were used to seeing Klonopin I hope they adjust and look for Magnesium instead.
I know cells are flexible.
