Oxycontin the war all over again

I am so afraid that I will never make it but I know I have to I dont want to be a oxy slave anymore the taper starts now

  You can do it,  get yourself the staples ( immodium, otc pain meds, liquids, heating pad, or hot baths/showers )  Best wishes on your tapper and keep posting, read the Thomas Recipe in the Health Pages.

The sad part is I was there six months ago but I messed up thinking I could use occasionally and that was a lie I have to be able to fuction I have 3 kids and a sick mom to take care of and i cant tell them I fell again I want to do this like say over 4 wks and then to a few vicodin so i wont loose my job its the will power and staying strong that I need most

Hey, you made it through 6 months ago and that is a good thing. Look at it like you have a THIS IS WHAT I DID FOR MY RECOVERY column. You decided to quit...You detoxed and had clean time...you relapsed and learned.........(this is important. Think about why and what you are going to do different this time)....you are picking yourself up and getting clean again.

Tapering without someone else holding your pills is a really hard thing for an addict to do.Do you have anyone who can dole them out to you? Post often and let everyone know how you are doing. You will get alot more support. It's a slow holiday weekend. Feel free to message me anytime you want to talk. God bless, Corey
