Where is the anger hidding

Well I feel better this morning. The anger is just under the surface but manageable. I'm not mad at anyone, just that I that I don't have the staying power or motivation to do anything. I made myself to pick up and dust and fold laundry. That made me feel better. (I'm the one that likes everything spotless). I always enjoyed changing deco. I'd do it every other week or so. I have tons of glass ware and flower arrangements. Now I'm lucky to just pick up. At least I'm glad Christmas is over. That gave me a lift. Pray everyone is doing good today and looking forward to the new year

Thanks guys. I've not been mad at anyone. Just myself and things in general. We just got back from Walmart and I got some Same-E and some pm meds. I may take a ambien thought tonight. Just getting out helpled. Be glad when the TV shows get back to normal. I swear The Exes came on the last four nights. I watch a little TV before I go to sleep. Question is how long does it take for the sam-E to start working?

I am glad you are feeling a little better!! As toothy says.. Do what ya can and don't stress over the rest! It will be there later..
It's a very difficult thing to adjust to when your accustomed to having the energy to do it all...

Glad you are doing better!  It's hard for us that like everything picked up and put away to not have the energy to do it....that was one of the harder things I had to overcome...still not great at it, but i'm trying!  Just take baby steps...and just let the rest go...it will get done eventually...lol try not to worry about it....stressing only makes you feel worse!  Here's to a great new year!!  xoxo
