I went back to work...day 5 i think and in the long run i think it helped to stay busy...at the time it did not feel that way tho and i resented having to work as i was soooooooo tired...time heals and life goes on
It's funny you mention vitamins. I got really sick (as in I threw em up) a few days back. So now I am using a sublingual B12 and I noticed that in the last hour, my mood stabilized a HUGE amount.
I think I will try to find liquid vitamis. And I will place a new order for aminos also.
I'm also going to need to rebuild my stomach in order to keep the vitamins and food in me. Greek yogurt and probiotics I think.

I went back on day 5 and the last time I all worked threw it, Honestly it helped it gave me something else to have my mind . It will get better no putting yourself to sleep.
Desperate mentioned vitamins. I do believe they are key to a successful recovery. Take them twice a day. The Thomas recipe and the Amino Acid protocol are two good starting places. Find them in the Health Pages on the top right of page.
i had to work all thru WDs. Yeah it was miserable. I started prozac the same day i quit tramadol. and all the vitamins in the thomas recipe. it truly has helped me. you can't mix tramadol and antidepressants which in my opinion keeps me off the trams. whatever works. good luck to you, you're doing fantastic.
