I'm glad to see that you've started to get your life where it's in need of being at this time. I am 45 days sober from Percocet, and my stomach gives me issues every now and then. The best thing to help with this for me, has been Tylenol OTC. I don't take it a lot OR on a daily basis - But it has helped me ease some of the pains.

Another thing that helps is milk. I know it sounds bad saying that, but it coats your stomach and will somewhat ease the pains you're enduring at this time. Take care, and whatever you do... Keep posting here on the forums and let us all know how everything pans out for you, please!

im on day 3 now i dont believe my addiction was as bad as most but i was still taking 5 of the 10mlg yellow norcos at one time prolly mayb e 2-3 times a day, so i was still addicted and the first 2 days were HORRIBLE and i smoked alot of pot to calm my stomach down...it worked MIRACLes but not everyone has this option or just dont want to smoke. The withdrawls im expierencing now are off and on and are very mild but the craving is still there.

I'm on day 19 and my stomache is still bothering me in the morning. From what I've heard, I've got a little while longer to go. Compared to what we've already been through, I'd rather have this little problem. Congrats to you, keep it up!

Hay honey!!  great job on being clean for 4 days!!  Just hang in there... your little butt WILL get better EVERYDAY!!

Of note:  I have been CLEAN for 20 days (off of a 8-10 Norco habit a day x's 3 years for 2 back surgeries... and I did a modified Thomas Receipe...with OUT the Valium OR immodium)  Just did the VITAMINS & L-TYROSINE...and... the l-tyrosine DOES CAUSE THE TROTS... but, NOT the BURNING ones... after your first dose in the morning, just be by a toilet for about an hour then it subsidded..... plus drink ALOT OF WATER... )  Although with drinking sooooo much water all you do is PEE it DOES flush out your system... and the l-tyrosine SEEMS to help with re-establishing your FRIED NEURO-TRANSMITTERS.... )

So with that said... HANG IN THERE...BECAUSE EVERYDAY NOT USING IS A BETTER DAY THAN WHEN YOU DID!!
Oh and a little exercise (walking, jumping jacks,) whatever it takes to get your NATURAL ENDORPHINS going DOES HELP!!  I like to ride my horse,,,, AND ANY ANIMAL CAN HELP WITH YOUR WITHDRAWL... there's just SOMETHING about there UNCONDITONAL LOVE that can go ALONG WAY....plus they don't talk back....or JUDGE YOU!  They just "sigh" and seem to say... "Hey.... I KNOW you're hurting but I LOVE YOU anyway!"

We are all here for you and your road to RECOVERY!

For the squirts.lol..........Imodium

For nausea..........What worked for me was taking those blow your head off Altoid mints, drop 1-2 in a bottle of water.  and it's very soothing on the tum-tum.....You can also use the spearmint one's too, they are a little more forgiving.......

Congrats on 4 days!!!!  That is AWeSoMe!!!!!!

luv,
Nauty............

I used Imodium AD and Prilosec OTC. If you're unable to stop using the bathroom following the instructions on Imodium, there are stronger things you can get from a Dr., but they're going to completely plug you up. Basically opiates slow down that whole process and now that you're off, you can expect it to be iffy for the first 3-4 weeks probably.
