I've been awake for over 30 hours

I am not prescribed to adderall but I took it as it helps me get through work, I had to work 15 hour shifts two days in a row. I've had really bad bladder and psychological effects from taking too much of the drug before and those symptoms are not present but I have been awake for over 30 hours and I cannot stop chewing on my tongue and sucking on my cheeks, my entire face is numb. I tried drinking a very large drink with a straw and that didnt help, anyone have any tips? This is getting annoying.

hi. stop taking it. go to the emergency room. you could wait until the sleep deprivation sets in and you begin to hallucinate, then you will either sleep or likely get an escorted trip to a psych facility. you may need to decide if your finances are worth losing your health as well. i can promise you, if you keep this up, it will get worse.  good luck,  gm
