Hang in there!..just think that we all know how you feel so we all can help you. I just ran out of my pills and im all alone. It ***** but since today when i joined this site my spirits are up a lot more then is i wouldnt have found this site...I am looking forward to getting better and ronnie your staying strong and im proud of ya!...Just think once you overcome this situation without taking a pill, you will feel very very proud and i guarantee it will be a big step towards recovery...I have failed many of times telling myself that im not going to take another one blah blah blah and everytime i have failed. As soon as i take that other pill or two, it just feels worthless because i was ashamed that i did and nothing good what so ever comes out of it....hang in there!...keep us updated
Good for you! Believe it or not, you will soon enough be able to easily handle situations without thinking about needing a pill. Hang tough. This just shows yourself how badly you really want to stop and how strong you really are. I'm glad your husband is ok.

so sorry about your husband...BUT...WOW...that is a fantastic job, talking yourself out of using at 46 hours clean is great....AND the 48 hours itself is great. keep going a minute at a time...and post anytime you need toooooo
Try fixing yourself some hot tea or comfort food. In order to make it through the rough spots, you need to have an exit strategy. When you start to get real tempted, have a plan for what you can do to overcome the temptation. If you have to run down the street-do it! If you have to take a cold shower - do it! These are just examples, but you should have a plan worked out when life throws you these curveballs.
Be blessed in recovery,
Larry
I know it is tough relax and take a deep breath. I have been fight that same temtation all day. I just want this sickness to go away. I know if I were to take some pills it would only delay the end. I know we can do this just fight past the triggers to use.
