benzo withdrawal
What can be done or taken (non-narcotic) to reduce bnzo withdraw symtoms. Mainly tremors and cold turkey skin and the chills? please feel free to add any othe sugestions.
You don't want to come off benzos cold turkey without the help of a doctor, it can actually be dangerous. What are you taking, how much, and for how long?

PLEASE tell me you have not stopped your benzos cold turkey!!!
They must be stopped with a slow and carefully planned out taper. What benzo have you been taking, and for how long?
There is generally nothing that can stop the withdrawal symptoms. However, you can minimize them with a slow taper program that makes the symptoms more tolerable.
