Access card & Suboxone

If anyone knows anything about this please please let me know,I'll try to make this as short as I can this is very important stuff anyone on suboxone needs to know.Well I have been on Suboxone since 2004 my Dr has had me on 4 8 mgs a day.I have asked a few times to be lowered an everytime I leave an look at the script theres still 120 on there,so I lowered myself an take 2.When I first began the program I had to pay$500 an the $100/month.After several months of paying I called my insurance which is Access an asked them if they would pay for my visit, they said if he accepts the access card for one thing he has to accept it for everything he can't pick an choose what he wants to accept it for an they could'nt undersyand what I was payin for I said basically to get me prescription,an on top of that he is seein me for depression an anxiety so in the same visit he is chargin access an charging me a hundred, that's double dippin if you ask me.So anyways the following month I bring it to his attention an he said he would try an bill access for this visit an if they pay than they pay if they don't he said we could discuss it at the next visit.Well next month comes I go to my appt an they never asked for the 100,an this went on for months until my last visit this month. They claimed since I changed my PCP to another Dr for a hip problem that I could'nt change it back to him so with that said that ment they could'nt accept my acces an I had to start paying again.I questioned them about this an they claimed even when they were charging access they wer'nt suppose to an blah blah just making no sence.Everytime I go see him he goes on an on how he's there to help his patience an he's not like the other Drs that they just do it for the money. Now when I first got on this medication in 2004 the dr I went to accepted access an I had no pay, what I don't understand is how one Dr accepts it an others many others claim access won't pay for it.When I brought that to his attentio he said exact"Well they must get funds through the hospital"which I don't believe he just didn't know what to say an that's just contridicting what he said before about not doing it for the money because when it boils down to it they make more obviously by charging. Is this legal these drs charging patience for something their insurance will pay for? There are many around here that charge all these ridiculous prices,I might've messed up in the past but I have a 10 month old daughter now an have been clean for almost 3 yrs or so,It would be nice to find a ligitimate dr out there if possible to at least ween me down properly the drug has served its purpose I just need help getting off it.These drs put people on such high dosages that way it takes longer to get off, were dollar signs when we walk through that door an this is'nt right.I need some help here I don't know what to do there is no way I am payin him knowing what I know but in the same perspective I can't just quit takin it,I'm so scared an don't know what to do I need some answers,I just stumbled over this site, anyone with any info please let me know it would be greatly appreciated thankyou so much for your time.

there r sub drs out there that r in it for the money...asking up front if they take insurance may help...those that do take insurance r less likely to be in it for the dollars..course if u start up with a new dr u may have to pay those beginning fees again..kinda steep...and u have asked this dr to help u taper?  and u can always taper urself..plenty of people on here can help and getting down to 4 mgs..and even 2 mgs is usually not so hard..it is getting down from there that people have probs with..at this point u need to treat the sub like a doc almost..and taper and u may even need someone to hold them for u and dole them out each day...dont be afraid of wds/.cos u will most likely experience some...but the forum is a great place to be when u r detoxing..lots of help here..the health pages are full of info...make a plan and stick to it...meetings r so important as well..exercise will also help tremendously..i would ask this dr for some meds that can help with detox as well..in the end it is u who will have to taper and take control..a doctor can not o that for u..hang tight and keep posting
