Hi! I think the answer to both questions is yes. Yes 30 days is probably a safe estimate, and yes stop thinking about it. Celebrate the small victories. I remember the first month, I could not cook and clean up at night all in one shot. I needed frequent rest periods. One day I had the energy to get through it normally! It will come back. Listen to your body and go with the flow.

That is totally normal! Lol I would get out of breath doing laundry. Just keep pushing. Going to the gym will be great! It's ok ask as many questions as you want we have all been there. Be proud of yourself! It will get better I promise! :)
Thanks for replying to me!! Sometimes I need to keep hearing the same things if that makes sense. I am going to the gym in the am. I will just keep doing what I could. It's weird bc I feel so out of breath and tired after walking 1 flight of stairs :(
Hey there! I just wanted to give you some support on this. It is no fun to have no energy but the more you push yourself the faster it will start coming back. It is hard and everyone is different so I wouldn't put a time line on it. Just try and do what you can for now and if you can try and take a few walks a day. It will get better! You are doing great! :)
