Add some epsom salts to your hot baths...that will ease the RLS somewhat
Magnesium helps with the depression. When you take mag, remember to take calcium with it so you do not rob your bodies supply processing the magnesium,

jade hunny we all go through those feelings....while i was crying i would be screaming at my hubby to just get away. poor guy i drove him crazy.. you are not alone. we definatley know those feelings. flutter is right tapering takes strength i did not possess. you can do this. take a deep breath and hang on for the ride of your life...think of it as a rollercoaster. you are up and down but it will stop lol. keep posting

Good job Jade....tapering takes some strength....you can do it!!! Hot baths! I SOOOO wish I'd had an electric blanket....I had the chills like a mofo.... I sobbed uncontrollably...I think ALL of us women do, and I'd bet many men too...it's tough, but so are you. This too shall pass....
Are you taking vitamins? I was an emotional wreck for a few days, but zinc helps with that, and there is something over the counter for restless legs, but I have to dig through some posts to find it. I know its available at Walgreens, and is not addicting, and it is suppose to help a ton. I think its called Restful Legs or something close to that! Hang in there!!!
tapering is no piece of cake...I remember very clearly how you feel...keep posting and keep focused on your plan..I was very glad when quit day came so I could just get it over with!
