Day 18

I just want to comment on my experience. 3 days and a weekend away from work To detox.
Everyone's recovery is different. Back to work monday. Feeling pretty good all better right?
He// No!...the longest two weeks at work ever. No energy, eyes watery, depression, anxiety, anger, all these emotions coming in going back again. How did i do it? By pulling strength and support from all of you and unseen force pushing all the time. I'm not 100 percent don't know when I will be if ever. the last 23 days I could see all those emotions lifted getting easier everyday.
patience is a virtue.
Something I wish I had. Wishing you all of you a peaceful day on this beautiful saturday

You will get back to 100%... It just takes time.  I agree with everything Bkitty wrote.. I also counted the days, minutes etc.  You are doing great!  Just stay focused and patient and you will feel better and better..

Congrats

Hi! I totally understand where you are at. My first week back to work was the looonnnggggeesst week ever. Emotions all over the place. I expected that this would be "done and over with". Just like that! Nope. I realized about 2 weeks in to getting clean this was going be a long journey. It was literally a life changing experience. It felt...weird.

In time, you will settle in to living without pills/addiction. The first 20-30days I watched the clock and calender all day. Eventually life picked up and the days started flying by. Here I am at 143days,,My mind still cant wrap its head around that. You are doing awsome! One day at a time. Hang in there! ((Hugs))~Bkitty

The last 2 or 3 days. Not 23 days. Talk and text you never know what it's gonna put down
