day 36 update for oxy users

hey day 36. Feel awesome. I did have w/d symtoms last weekend. I had to take Xanax for two days. Doctor gave me ten to help with any bad day. I do take Valium now to sleep. Doctor is watching me.  Nicks advice on working out is awesome. I bought treadmill run 2 miles a day now. Bought weight bench n do lifting ever other day. Can't believe what a difference it makes in ur life to workout.  I also never ate on oxy. Now I eat gained 10 lbs. Drink lean muscle mass for all my vitamins. Iam 34 n feel great.  So if ur trying to quit oxy.  IT IS SO WORTH IT!  I can't explain it but I don't miss the buzz anymore. The 4 days cold turkey were hell. But I did it n do can u. Hot baths. Movies. Hot baths. Rls. Hot baths. More rls. Hot baths.  And all the advice from this site.

I agree w/ the exercise..i have found that really helps me too!

I'm still doing the hot baths..rls...hotbaths...rls...hot baths.......that  s***ks!!!
