Think of it as a Jug of Water that is drowning you..the more you let out (no drugs), without filling it up (drug intake) the better you will be.  Last night was a mistake, yes...but the real mistake would be to trick yourself into thinking you need more to "taper" down.  Just push on through.  days 4-7 are tricky.  you feel better BUT, the lack of energy and mind games are tough...please keep pushing though..do not let your 4 days of hard work go to waste...at this point they don't have to.

You can do this...we are here for ya as well...post often...got me through days 2-5...

so you made a slip up. don't go back to the beginning, count it as a mistake and move on. stay with your regiment. you are almost there. you should start feeling better soon. keep up the good work.

i am not an expert, i am dealing with a vicodin problem  but i would say not to take anymore, and keep going on. I think that you may be looking for an excuse to take more, to start back over. Like when i go on a diet and eat a choc bar, im like **** it i already failed let me down everything in site.  I think last night was a slip up which you are entitled to nobody is perfect and it ***** denying yourself something you want, so dont beat yourself up..
