Herbal teas are soothing too. Sleepytime with honey, lemon and a peppermint stick. Valerian root is good for relaxing too. Keep up the great work!
hey chell....really dont know what your w/d from but congrats on day 3 !!! day 3-4 should be the worst for you and after that just gets better...about the vitiams.....a good b-complex some potassium (helps with the creepy crawlers) some calicium/magnesium/zinc ....these are all things your body is depleted of cause of the pills the sooner you get them in you the better and immodiom for the trotts you'll need that and what helps to alot for the creepy crawlers is HOT showers/baths as many as it takes it does help alot !!! i hope this has been some help to you you can also go to the right hand bottem of the page and look up the thomas recipe it has a lot of the things that can help........

Go to walmart. Get the Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc supplement. take 4/morning and 4/night. It takes a couple of days to work, but when it kicked in for me, I was amazed. Also Potassium is good. Take care.
