Welcome to the forum. How much were you taking and for how long? Did you just stop using? Everyone is different when it comes to withdrawl, but generally, the worst of the physical will be over in 4-5 days.

Congrats on your decision to quit using. The first few days you need Immodium, Mag-Cal-Zinc supplement, Hylands restful legs and alot of fluids (water,gatorade or vitamin water) and long hot soaks or showers. For sleep, Melatonin, valerian root or other OTC supplements. Gizzy is right about first 3-5 days being worst. Hang in there and keep posting, it really helps. God Bless
You've gotten good advice from above posters, if i could add...i would say get a good multi vitamin and try to keep busy. Even a light walk at first helps. And as Fassfeat HOT showers or soaks..as many as you need. They help on so many levels!!
3-5 days are defiantly the worst, but you can count on felling like crap for a solid week. Insomnia and lack of energy tend to drag a little longer for most. Congrats on wanting to get clean. Good luck and keep posting.
It took me about a week to finally feel better. It is a rough road but it is so nice when it is over with. Immodium is something I had to have!!! Exercise is great too!!!! Good luck to you and you made a good decision to quit!!!
