That is so weird that you mentioned this. I have had a question, but felt it was probably in my head..I too have been feeling short of breath, at times, for about 4 days now. I am at day 28, so that kind of syncs up with your time. It is not all the time, but if I pay attention to it, it is almost like I have to work at getting a full breath. That being said, it has not stopped me from walking or Pilates...just annoying. I notice it at the same times I have noticed anxiety on this journey...early in the morning, at night or any time I am by myself and not busy. I personally would not take the Benedryl if I was short of breath as it has such high tendency to cause sedation. Maybe Benedryl cream for the itchy areas.

Hi,one thing that works better than any pill, potion or hocus-pocus is Cardio-vascular exercise.Studies on depressed people show a better result than taking an anti-depressant to treat mild to moderate depression.Stomach problems, diahrere etc.arein some caes linked to anziety, one thing i used with excellent results was mindful meditation.a calm mind is manifested by healthy digestive system.all the best john
