Suboxone Withdrawl

I am currently 5 days clean from suboxone.  I have been on it for just over 1 year.  I started out with 12 mg. and tappered down to 1 mg and then went off.  Its has been pure hell to say the least.  I have been taking the multi vitamins, lots of water, and forcing myself to get out and get a little excercize.  I cannot sleep and my skin feels like its crawling.  I have severe anxiety, and have taken a few clonzepams to help but it does not seem to be getting any better.  Does anyone have any advise where to go from here??

Hi, 17 days off nearly ten years if subs for me.

Adding to the things above, I also am using an amino acid protocol. You can find info in the health pages on medhelp. Just do a search. I think it has really helped me, I bought a protein shake and extra l methionine and l glutomine.
I've been taking flex seed too.
The day I started taking these I noticed some improvement. Our body's need all these things to speed up recovery so it can't do any harm if you can afford them...
Keep drinking water and exercising, also try everything you can to take your mind off it. I watched movies and listened to music when I felt anxious.

Hi~~ You won't want to hear this but just try to hang on and be patient. You WILL feel better! Sub is just a bear to get out of your system...

Try to treat all these problems symptomatically.

Insomnia  valerian root and melatonin

Anxiety   It truly is in your head but it feels awful. No soda, coffee (caffeine). Be sure to take in all the B vitamins.

Exercise is great for your brain. Keep forcing yourself.

Restlessness   Get some tonic water and drink it. Or,try Hyland's Restfull Legs. The
minerals: magnesium, calcium, and potassium really work. That restless, jumpy feeling is often related to dehydration and a shift in fluids with a lack of good nutrition.

Good luck!
