WOW you are sooo right on....we are dishonest and it did take alot of courage for this person to post, however i did not see to many people say much about the dishonsty here besides simply pointing it out therefor making this person accountable for his/her actions...acountability is important
Just to add my voice to the above. Please don't leave us yet. I think you are in trouble and really do need help with your addiction. Even if you have written two contradictory posts I don't believe that in any way out weighs the courage it took to post anything in any way here.
The People above for the most part are missing the forest for the trees and focusing too much on the "dishonesty"( Gee an addict being dishonest, what a surprise) Isn't honesty hard come by and not the first step. The first step is getting in the door! Learning to be honest comes with practice and it is no surprise that someone who doesn't know this us would want to hide a bit.
Please post again! You are in very serious need of help! And your underlying question really is "how can I get help with my addiction and my pain which is driving me to such dangerous behavior".
You can get help here. So please let us help! Try again.and you need to tell us what is the cause of your pain. And a little more about yourself.
yes you can get in trouble. DEA watches for activity like this. You need to stay with one doctor. Talk to him about tapering. You have come to the right place. There are people here who are either in your shoes or just a couple of days ahead of you. If you quit c/t check out the thomas recipe. I can't believe doctors state that tramadol isnt addictive. Good luck
Wow, thats a lot!! Im surprised you are still alive! I am on tramadol, 2 x 50mg daily 5 days a week.... difene the other 2 days. What kind of withdrawal symptoms do you have mommy210??
Your best bet is to get away from it Now. I know how you feel I went dr, shopping for almost a year and had 4 different dr.s giving me tramadol scripts. Now I am coming off tramadol and it's not a pleasent thing to do. Your withdrawl symtoms won't be as bad if your not taking much I was taking 30-35 a day with 15-17 at a time. I have 6 days clean and feel good. Anyone can do it with the help of others. Sp yea you can be in some trouble that god I didn't get caught
You know crazy thing is that no one on here knows who it really is writing the post and there really is no reason in the world to be untruthful about it, Your not hurting us but your hurting yourself, Pls get help you need and be honest with your doc or tell your friend to pls stop and let her doc know and get off these things.
I just read your post on the Social side and you are claiming that "your" friend is doing this......No matter which one of you is doing it you will get caught. Please be honest with us here. sara
Your insurance will pic up mutiable perscriptions for the same drug from diffrent doctors..
Mine wont let me do that and it does not have anything to do with the doctors that would be my ins so I take it you are paying for one in cash.If you are taking 10 a day and getting mutipule scripts you are abusing it .I would suggest you come clean with your doctor and have the help you make a taper plan to get off it before your in way to deep.We will be here for support.
The fact that you need multiple prescriptions is a bad sign & typical of tramadol tolerance which can develop quickly. People find themselves needing more & more just to keep withdrawals at bay.
As others have said, it's an opioid & not to be taken lightly.
yes, it is all kept in the computer, go to one pharmacy and the other pharmacy can see you just had it filled. ???? You insurance should also catch it unless you are paying cash.
its ABSOLUTLY is "regulated" in Georgia. Its just a matter of time before your caught and it is a felony.
Also, you mentioned not wanting to take narcotics, are you aware Tramadol is a nacartic?
yes you can in any state that is called doctor shopping and its a felony, I would stop as soon as you can.
I don't know about the laws in Georgia.I do know, from reading here, that tramadol is very addicting and it's a rough w/d,more so then most opiates.Stick around and read some posts about tramadol.Whether the law changes or not in your area, you just might want to think about stopping now before you get in any deeper.Best of luck to you...Kim
