can i try thomas recipe now i been taking 3 (7.5) lortab a day yesterday today & fri. after that im out. i was taking 8-10 a day for too many yrs now. i feel so strange already and still have them in my system!!  how can i find this recipe? this is gonna be harder than i thought but i gotta do this i want to

You're not going crazy!  LOL  Just keep posting as to how you're feeling and we'll try to help...Better get a shopping list together and pick up a few things. You may not feel like it tomorrow.

How long did you take lortab?

Also,read about "At home detox" in the health pages. Very helpful.
