how do you taper off

how do you taper off from 12 10 nilgrams of norco a day, i need a schedule that worked for some one else, and if possible i would like to communicate with that person as i go through this, i am  now taking two norco in am  1and half oxcycodone 5  4 hours later then 15 hydrocone 4 hours later and then 1 and half oxycodone ub=ntil i can find out how to taper

i had a grand idea after finding out on this site what was happening to my body after taking over 1300 pain pills in a 3-month period before and after and hip transplant.  And it was not good, I am in my second withdraw this month and it will be my last.

All I can say is do it, you will not forget the pain, talk to us on line and after 7-10 days you will see the sky on your way to work in a much brighter and happy way

The powers that be here frown on members giving others a taper plan.
Would it be possible for you to talk to a Dr. about how to gradually drop your dosage over time?
