hi im new here and have a question
i am wondering what the withdrawals are like from 40millagrams of oxycontin? i would love any feedback on what to do. thank you
yes i just took 1 or 1 1/2 pill a day. i do have immodium and zanex. if i have hard 5 or 7 days it will be worth it. i know people that take so many more than i do and see what they go through. i just dont want to chase the high anymore.
I'm guessing that your taking 40 mgs of Oxy per day. I came off of Oxy's and have been clean for 30 days. I won't lie it's a hard 5-7 days if you come off of them CT, but it's so worth it once it's done. You will have some or maybe all of the following w/d symptoms. Hot/Cold Sweats, Diarreah, Anxiety, Whole Body Will Ache, Insomnia, and Nausea.
I used Immodium for the diarreah, Valium for anxiety and some rest, vitamins which are listed in the Thomas Recipe. It's like having a really bad case of the flu. If you can it would be so much better if you took time from work. The worst of the w/d's should be over in 3-5 days. One of the most important things you can do is take as many hot baths as you can. It will help with the aching legs and to relax you. Also if you have someone that you can trust you should let them know what you're going through because the added support of a family member or spouse is important. Lastly this forum was the key to my getting clean. There's so much love and support here and you will need it. If you have any other question, just let me know.

hi, thanks for responding so fast. i start today, i have done 60 milliagrams before. but i have kept it at 40, this is something i wanted to do for a long time. i am a little scared, i told my daughter my problem so i have some support. what was it like for you, were you able to work???
