how to get through suboxone/opiate withdrawals

I am needing some help about how to get through these wd? I haven't had any subs for four days after being on sub maintenance for almost four years. I gave in and took some tabs this morning cause I couldn't take the yawning, watery eyes, and flu like symptoms. I have a 3 year old I have no one to help me with. Any advice is appreciated.

What dose did you jump off at? I jumped at .25 just last week and although it was pretty crappy the first few days nothing severe.

Water... Don't stop drinking water, even if you think you're not thirsty. Occasionally something with electrolytes like gator-aid.
