I think your anxiety will start to get better everyday now,Mine did,It is just not knowing what to expect that gets ya.but everyday you will be getting a little stronger,
and yes LOL,your emotions will be alittle haywire for awhile, but that will get better also.
just give it some time and you will come out the other side.
keep posting and god bless, OXY

To tek,,
Yes, I love those feelings.  I have been having those feelings ever since I have been cutting down and more now that I am done.. I get emotional and have even cried out of joy because I feel better and I am getting little glimpses of how I used to feel before this drug took over my life.. That gives me the strength to keep going with out it.
I laughed the other day like I don't remember laughing like that in so so long.  I feel so much more now..its so amazing.

I am on day 3 off the Norco/ Hydro, and sound about the same as you.  The daytime anxiety is getting tolerible but nights can be difficult.  I have taken a .25 mg of Xanex at night to help sleep.  It has helped so so much.  I don't like xanex and only have a few so Im not worried about getting addicted to them (they are just for the rough 1st week) then I will try more natural ways if I have trouble.  Good luck to you..Im excited for day four (tomorow) Im being impatient but know I will feel better everyday...u 2.
