i CANNOT believe it. it has been years since i've gone this long (yes a long time for me) without an artificial feeling. i slept the last two days. the physical stuff is gone. at the moment the mantal is not to bad. if i 'm honest i will admit that i think that down the road i will be able to do one or two. but i am living for today and i throw those thought out when they come. you guys , and gals don't realize how many lives you affect on this site. everyone is , in thier own way helpful. kyle, when ever i see your posts, whether for me or not , i always read them. you have got some awesome sobriety going for you. i think i read on one of your postas that you were 27 years old. well you are wise beyond your years. thanks again to all of you.

I am on day 22 and it feels amazing. Started sleeping finally and that was really the last thing left that was bothering me. I understand about the thought of doing them down the road, but I think it would just put me in the same situation again. Congrats on 3 weeks and this forum has helped me out more than it could ever imagine.

thanks and i am getting some moments of natural high. feeling like my old happy go lucky self again. i don't want to lose that.

Great job 21 days!!! Oh, I relapsed many times before this current 103 days of clean time. I made it to 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks... Everytime i relapsed I said to myself, "i can take one or two today". And that was that. It really is crazy becuase it is IMPOSSIBLE! The next day after you take that one or two you are searching for that feeling again. It is a drug induced feeling. YOu need to, and will, get to a point where you are naturally high. just from plain old life. Congrats on 3 weeks, Tremendous

Good for you! You know, being able to someday take one or two ONLY is a big, fat lie that will play in your head over and over.  But it sounds like you're handling that!
