not sure.....i take five 10s per day and if I stop it gets pretty bad and uncomfortable....You are asking about tapering right?

I would try to get down to 5-8 or less. The whole idea of a taper, is to get down to almost nothing. Then quit. The lower the dose you are on when quitting, the less your w/ds will be.
