I don't sugar coat things either. I just want the straight facts.
Thanks,

It takes time many days but it WILL BE WORTH IT!!! I'm 11 months clean and did it all on my own. It took me two weeks to get over the withdrawals for most it is 4-5 days. I'm a whimp and can't take much then the depression set in. It is a process but you can do it. Sorry I don't sugar coat things
hold on hun ,I will start getting better ........ the next day or two and you should start feeling better little by little..Try to keep the fluids down ,light foods you can do this
It will lessen up. Hang on, After today, things should start to get better.
Day 3 and1/2. But whose counting. Not worried much about the physical stuff just more worried about the depression. After being a drunk for many years and having some killer hangovers this doesn't seem as bad as they were.
A few years ago I stopped taking xanax and had wd's I just thought I was sick. Then a few days later I had a seizure.
I just want to get this over with--because my boss threatend to fire me this morning and I can't take to much more pressure in my life right now.
