morphine withdrawal

I have been taking 60-100mgs of morphine daily for years. I have not had any for almost 48 hours. I am not well. I do have access to Vicodin. Will the Vicodin just prolong the withdrawals?  Please help!

Good morning buddy.
Good Idea buddy and also a saline spray may help. I wish I had one.  I keep thinking I am going to sneeze and it just won't come.  It's so irritating.

Good morning Christi & Pat

yes sneezing is a side effect.  benedryl or methalated stuff might help with that as well as other symptoms.

Yes it is a side effect.  I have never had it but many do.  I feel a sneeze coming on and it passes and I wish I could sneeze.
I hope someone comes along to tell you how to stop it if it's possible. Keep blowing your nose and see if that helps.

Wow you are doing amazing..  I am on day 4 again.  Seriously, good for you for getting through this alone.  I know how hard it is.  Keep posting, especially when the cravings kick in.  This forum really helps.  You seem to want this badly and you can do it.
