Night is the worst for me.

I used to love the nights.  
I look forward to them now because  I know I'm making it through another day.
however as everyone SNORES I'm flopping back and forth feet are HOT. Sneezing all day and this strange ongoing cough that will not leave.  I mean how messed up did these pills make us? I was on Round about 10mgs  of zubsolv.  I can't imagine at even higher doses.  This feels really crappy.  Just want the cloud to lift.

I got that weird cough too!! I had it for like 2 months almost. It would start as a tickle at the back of my throat then cough cough cough. Ugh I hated the sneezing. That only lasted about a week to 10 days though for me. I'm back to loving nights but yup I hated them well everyone slept and I wanted to beat my head with a cast iron frying pan to join them!! You're doing awesome,it will get better....get that cough checked though if it doesn't go away!

Hi  well nights where ruff for me also....it like you cant shut your brain down and every little thing is annoying....sleep is hard for a wile but will return with time....I still have my nights the last really good sleep I had was on methadone...like 10hrs a night  it has been over 5yrs now and the best I do now is about 6 or 7 hours...it is ok I wake up rested I know your getting sick of hearing this but give it time your doing great but we dont undo years of chemical abuse over night the best thing you can do for your recovery is start a recovery progam  I recamend N/A.. the meeting are only a hour long and with time and a little work you can loose the very desire to use...the support is ausum it give you somewhere you can share that you will have people that understand  in time you will realize that the pills where not the problem  it is a thinking problem...recovery is a beautiful thing without it your still left with the addict inside your head   this wont go away on its own google N/A meeting in your area...........Gnarly
