no norcos=no sleep
weening off norcos and cant freakihg sleep. Somebody have any ideas? PLEASE
anything that works...over the counter drugs like benadryl, valerian root, mealtonin help most...some who do not get relief/sleep may need to talk to their dr about a safe RX drug...sleep is important to recovery..keep us posted
I am in same boat. Well, I was taking a lot more, but in very early stage of all this WD crap. I cannot sleep either.
Last night was best night, but I have double bag of sleepy time tea, few Ibuprofen and a hot bath. I know it *****, but it was best I could do. I hope it helps and your night gets better.
