no tramadol 21 days and still feel sick

i have all the symptoms stated in these threads -headaches, nausia, the runs, sweats, rls, depression, the fuzzies, dry mouth, sneezing, cant sleep and so weak it is hard to function. after 21 days of no tramadol (400mg/d -and i weaned off over a month) why am i so ill??? does this sound normal? and any guesses as to how long to go?
am only now on gabbapentin 600mg/d (was on 2400mg/d some time ago) and panadol osteo at 6-8 x 665mg /d plus stuff like fish oil and glucosomine. wonder if i have a stomach ulcer or something?

there is just so much waiting as i get passed from one specialist to another -they seem to have a lot of hollidays...and can take months to get in even though i have top insurance cover (i now have 3 indipendant orthopedic specialists all waiting to see if the nerves will repair on their own) it is now 16 months post accident and the nuroligists are just becoming involved now -then they will refer me to a foot specialist if surgury is an option.
The worst of everything was the effects of the oxy and tramal -now 30 days clean and starting to feel human again... thanks all for the support T.

Footdrop huh??  I don't know anything about tendon transfers.  Are you sure it is the tendon?  I know this happens with nerve issues too.  Try posting in the back and neck forums they might be able to help or a least have some suggestions.
