well I'm not having a bad night, I was in a very high tail spin of pain today as thats my lupus, and yes I do admitt to having to taking a pill but ya know what I have only taken 2 in the course of the day and the early evening, so I may have slipped but I did it responsibly, I am not trying to condrict myself either so please don't take it that way, just being honest .....hope everyone else out there is having a safe night and a pleasant one too xoxo

HI good to see you back and from reading your other post im happy to here you dident go back out and score more last night....you may do better with a taper plan then just jumping off ...one way to taper is to put only what your going to take that day in an envelope each day you subtract one pill till your down to 1 then jump ship this plan has worked for a few of our members it keeps you from yo/yoing your dose up and down and gives you a definite quit date....I know your really trying hard to do this so mabe give that approach a go

I think you are doing great, just keep up the good fight. It is hard for anyone to beat this, I have know someone w/Lupus and when it flares it is bad. The main thing is that you haven't given up. Just keep posting and stay connected here. Your going to beat this. God Bless.
