Tramadol withdrawal while pregnant

Ok, I'm totally ashamed to have to ask this but I am a recovering heroin addict clean since 2011 and got pregnant in December. During my pregnancy I developed severe migraines and my obgyn prescribed me percocet. Once the percocet ran out I started taking some of my moms tramadol,  about 4 50mg pills a day. Before I knew it I was back in the habit of addiction. I am now 8 months pregnant and have been taking the tramadol every day for 3 months. When I try to stop I do feel withdrawals and I have to stop now so my baby will not go through withdrawals! Has anyone else on here gone through withdrawals while pregnant and do you think my baby will be ok when I go into withdrawal?

If I tell my doctor will cps get involved?  I'm REALLY worried about possibly loosing my baby over it!

You could suffer terrible withdrawals that could cause you to miscarry.  I know you are scared but you are not the first woman that's been in this position and you won't be the last.  You MUST come clean with your doctor about your situation.  They will be able to advise you what to do what is best for you and the new life growing inside.  PLEASE do not try to do this on your own.  The result could be catastrophic and we don't want that and I'm sure you don't either.
It's going to be okay.  You just need to be honest.  Did your doctor know you were an addict when he prescribed the percs?  It is integral that we tell everyone in our lives, especially our doctors that we are addicts so that they can give us the best medical treatment.
Please see your doc ASAP and keep posting okay?  We will support you.

DO NOT stop tramadol cold turkey.
please tell your doctor so they can figure out the best way to taper you off so it doesn't hurt your baby.  PLEASE SEE YOUR DOCTOR ASAP
tramadol has an anti depressant like substance in it and cannot be stopped cold turkey.  if you do not tell your doctor and the baby is born addicted to it and the hospital does not know it can really hurt your baby.
